HAIR CARE

Caring for your wig may require a bit of attention, but with the right maintenance and minimal effort, your wigs will stay beautiful and luxurious.

Treat your wigs with the same care as your natural hair and enjoy the longevity of our hair.

Apply only small amounts of product to avoid weighing the hair down.

Protect your wigs at night by sleeping with a satin bonnet or pillowcase.

Always use a heat protectant before styling with hot tools.

Wash your wig at least once every two weeks using sulfate-free shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, then apply a generous amount of moisturizing conditioner from weft to tip.

To protect your extensions, cuticles, and scalp, use lukewarm water when shampooing.

Wash gently with your palms in a downward motion—avoid scrubbing or bunching the hair, as this can cause the cuticles to rub together and create friction.

While wet, apply 2-3 drops of natural oils like Almond or Coconut oil to evenly moisturize the hair and penetrate the cuticles for extra hydration.

Use a small amount of Argan, Almond, or Coconut oil 2-3 times a week or as needed. Argan oil works well for styling and taming frizz but doesn’t provide as much moisture as Almond or Coconut oil.

Some shedding is normal, but excessive shedding—more than what you would typically experience with your natural hair—is not.

Avoid products containing sulfates, isopropyl alcohol, formaldehyde, and propylene glycol, as these harsh chemicals can strip the hair of natural oils, leaving it dry and potentially damaged over time.

Keep in mind that longer hair typically comes with thinner wefts.

Our wigs are not mass-produced, so please allow the following processing time for your order. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 5 days.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, your package will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used, worn, or altered hair. If you receive the wrong item or a product with a verified issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The hair must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition for any issue to be reviewed.

Custom coloured wigs and bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
