We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used, worn, or altered hair.

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a verified issue, you must contact us within
48 hours of delivery. The hair must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition for any issue to be
reviewed.

Custom coloured wigs and bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
