At The Raw Hair Co LLP, all of our hair is originally sourced as 100% Raw Chinese Hair.

 

Please note that while our straight/raw hair remains completely unprocessed, any hair that has been textured into patterns such as Body Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave, Curly, or other wave/curly textures has undergone a texturising process to achieve and maintain its curl pattern. As a result, these textures are classified as processed/chemically treated hair, although they are still derived from genuine raw hair.

 

Similarly, any of our coloured hair collections have undergone a professional colouring process. Therefore, these products are also classified as chemically processed hair, despite originating from the same high-quality raw hair source.

 

For transparency:

 

Raw Straight Hair = 100% raw, unprocessed Chinese hair.

Textured Hair (Body Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave, Curly, etc.) = Raw Chinese hair that has been professionally textured and is no longer considered raw/unprocessed.

Coloured Hair = Raw Chinese hair that has been professionally coloured and is no longer considered raw/unprocessed.

 

While textured and coloured collections are no longer classified as raw due to the processing involved, they maintain the premium quality, longevity, and integrity associated with our raw hair sourcing.
