3. How many bundles do I need?
Recommended guide: 12”–16” → 2–3 bundles, 18”–22” → 3 bundles, 24”–26” → 3–4 bundles. For fuller styles, use an additional bundle.

4. Can the hair be coloured or styled?
Yes. Our 100% raw human hair can be coloured, bleached, straightened, or curled. We also offer professional wig colouring and customisation services.

5. Do you offer wig services?
Yes. Services include wig customisation and wig colouring.

6. How long does raw hair last?
With proper care, raw hair can last 2–5 years or longer. Care includes regular washing, conditioning, and heat protection when styling.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, The Raw Hair Co LLP offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location.

8. Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 48 hours after receiving the product if the hair has not been used or tampered with. Custom coloured hair and wigs are non-refundable. Returns after 48 days are only accepted for genuine reasons if the business has been informed prior. Refund will then be processed after the hair has been inspected. Shipping costs to return the hair would be paid by the customer.
